With the new KOMORI, we offer our clients the possibility to print their products with 2 additional colors in over 30 different sizes with a speed up to 50,000 copies per hour.                   

The machine specifications include 6 blanket-to-blanket printing units, automatic reel splice, automatic plate change in less than 4 minutes (autoplate), PQC IV system for automatic register and cut-off control, automatic folder changeover in less than 3 minutes, longitudinal in-line gluing, and sheeter.

ZIRKON SUPRA 660

ZIRKON SUPRA 660 - Heat Set is a 8 color web offset printing press with a natural gas dryer and folding unit with possibilities of doing one, two or three folds - and a third parallel fold. (8pages.-A4; 16page - A5; 16pages - parallel fold of A4). Machine speed is 40 000 copies per hour.

WIFAG OF6

WIFAG OF6  is  a conventional web offset printing, blanket-to-blanket type press with folding device, designed for printing from one to five reels.

Maximum media width is 100 cm and a cut off of 63 cm.

5 machines ULTRA SET JUNIOR - RO62

Ultra set Junior - RO62 are equipped with sheet delivery, numbering and folding units. All have from 2 to 4 units to  print 1+0, 1+1, 2+2, or 4+0.
